Watch what the agent is doing while it does it

The activity feed used to report that a tool started and that a tool finished. That was the whole message.

Every tool call now carries what it was called with and what came back, up to 2 KB of each, redacted where a tool handles credentials. The model's own reasoning summaries are requested and shown, so you can read why it did something before you read what it did.

The interview chat shows that same activity between your message and the reply, where it used to show a spinner and nothing else.

Runs that you resumed by approving something used to go dark for the rest of their life. The half of the run you had personally authorised was the half you could not watch. Resumed runs emit activity now, through the same path as the first half.

The workflows list, the workspace header and the runs list each carry the latest event, so you can see which workflow is working right now without opening it.
