Is there a library of ready made workflows to start from?
No. There is no template gallery and no starter pack. You create a workflow by naming it, and the interview begins from whatever you tell it.
The reason is that the part a template could carry is the part that does not matter. Two companies chasing overdue invoices agree on the shape and disagree on everything underneath: which system holds the truth, who signs off above what amount, what the exception is that turns up twice a year and ruins the tidy version. A template hands you the shape and leaves the rest, and the rest is the job.
The interview is faster than a template anyway, because it asks about your case instead of describing a generic one.
What does carry over is writing you already have. A procedure your team wrote in a document can go into the workflow as a reference file, and the interview reads it the way it reads anything else you tell it. We also publish plain SOP documents on the website that you can read and adapt before you ever open the product. Neither one is an import.
